Charming 1925 Cottage in Historic Eau Gallie Arts District

This recently renovated, three-bedroom 1925 cottage, is beach-themed and fully furnished. It contains many original features (fireplace, wooden floors). The front bedroom offers a queen bed; the central bedroom has a king bed; while the third bedroom offers a single bed. A queen-sized air mattress is provided with linen and can be used in the living room. We are a pet friendly property however we charge $50 pet fee (plus taxes and associated AirBNB fees) and need to be made aware prior to booking that you are bringing a pet. Outdoor facilities include a private garden described by one of our guests as a ‘secret garden’. Seating for 4, gas BBQ and outdoor shower are provided in the garden. We also offer a patio space which is enclosed with an insect net and offers a farm table which seats six and has a fan. There is a porch in the front with rocking chairs and a coffee table. The home has new roof and hurricane impact windows for your safety and convenience. A washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen are there for your convenience. You will find complimentary water bottles and coffee for your enjoyment. This cottage is perfect for: - Budget friendly travelers-walking distance to downtown - Business professionals- high speed wireless internet - Families- 7 minutes from the beach and an hour from NASA and Disney. - Couples- great local date-night options, night-life, brewery, comedy, live music, and mural tours. The property has a Ring Doorbell with camera and an exterior security camera with flood lights on the east side of the house, which is pointed away from the patio. The two security cameras record video and audio for security reasons. There are no security cameras inside the home. The property has new metal roof and hurricane impact windows. Base rate price includes up to 4 people and use of 2 main bedrooms. Third bedroom sleeps one and there is an extra charge of $35 for use of the third bedroom. Please make sure you notify property management the accurate guest count for your reservation.

Quiet hours, after 10p.m. We need to be informed prior to booking if you are bringing a pet. We charge $40 pet fee per pet. Please clean all dirty dishes before you check out and make sure you are checked out by 11 AM no later. Pet policy:We are pet friendly but please be mindful of our property in courtesy towards future guests. We do require a prior approval if you are bringing a pet. Please let us know how many we charge $40 pet fee that helps cover extra cleaning and non-damage wear and tear. -Please crate when left unattended in house. -As courtesy to next guest, please keep off all bedding: if your animal sleeps with you, please bring your own sheets/blanket. Animals are not allowed on our sheets/blankets. -Bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture. -Keep on-leash on the property at all times.-Please pick up your pets waste and dispose in the outside dumpster only. -Animals may not be bathed in house as this clogs the drains. Please use the outdoor shower provided in the backyard. - Please bear in mind you are responsible for any damages caused by your pet

The thermostat setting allows for minimum of 69F and maximum of 77F. Tell your host if you would like to have it set outside of these limits.
